The Balance

6 AM, the siren sounds. However, this siren reminds, rather than alarms.

We put on our coats collectively, and we step into the walkway.

The walkway does not cease, yet it does not wait.

To stop, is to fall behind,

To fall behind, is to disappear.

Welcome to the Balance.

The Balance ensures fairness, it rewards effort, it punishes laziness. It promises you with fortune, as the balance is for the people.

Balance cannot be fair for all however. Fairness does not mean everyone gets the same slice, it means that everyone gets their fair share.

But a fair share is not based on who you are, what you are, where you are. It is based on chance.

For no man wants to live fairly. No man wants to live with one slice.

He who created the system, does not mean to grant all with liberty and grace,

He wants to maintain control and power disguised as such,

You can never be free, when you live in the balance.

But the balance cannot be escaped, it can simply be played.
